We are starting a new Skin Cancer Medical from 7 Jan 14. The clinic is run by Dr James Lau, who has 5 years of skin cancer work experience. Dr James Lau also sees GP patients. Please book your appointment now.
We aim to provide an affordable skin care services.The fees are $65 for standard skin cancer check. Children under 16, HCC and pensioner will be bulk-billed. Addition $10 for each curettage and $30 for each excision. Liquid nitrogen treatment and punch biopsy are bulk-billed. For cosmetic skin lesion removals - $100 for up to 3 lesions and $150 for 4-6 lesions.
We are improving the outside look of our premises including painting, new signs and garden care. We hope this will give our patients a more inviting feel to our surgery as we value your comfort and ongoing referrals.

If the parking is full, you can park your car at the road side angle parking, at the shopping centre ( Please walk through the back passage where SJOG pathology is located) or at the gym if you use their services. We endeavor to reserve our limited parking for patients only.

Your medical records (electronic or paper) are confidential documents. All Personal Health Information we may acquire is kept strictly confidential. We follow the principles in the Privacy Amendment (Private Sector) Act 2000 of the Privacy Act 1988.
From time to time this practice invites patients to complete a questionnaire on their views of the practice. These surveys are completely confidential and help us improve our services.
If you are unhappy about any aspect of care, we are keen to know about it. Please feel free to talk to your doctor or the receptionist about any problems you have with the service we provide.
We will normally contact you if your test results need intervention unless your doctor specifically ask you to come back. However, please note that there is a very small risk of your results might be lost in the loop. To be 100% safe, please come back for all your results unless you do not mind being responsible for the risk mentioned.
As a recognised teaching practice we occasionally have a senior medical student with us. You will be told beforehand if this is the case. Please notify the reception staff if this is not convenient. It will NOT offend.
